Bring It On Plot
Big Red’s replacement as coach of the Rancho Carne High cheer squad is Torrance Shipman. Torrance is motivated to disprove Aaron’s assumption that she cannot lead the squad to the championships. Carver sustains an injury during practice and needs to locate a new teammate. Because of Missy Pantone’s physical skill, Torrance chooses her to replace Carver. Missy quickly realizes that the plays being made by her team during the game actually belong to the Clovers, a rival high school she once attended.
Isis, the captain of the Clovers team, is determined to overthrow Rancho Carne Toros. As soon as it is discovered that Big Red is to blame for secretly taping the Clovers’ cheer routine and claiming it as their own, Torrance is forced to create a new cheer routine in order to advance to the upcoming national championships. Soon after meeting Missy’s brother Cliff Pantone, an aspiring singer, Torrance finds himself attracted to him romantically.
